WWE has announced WWE Payback 2023 event to take place on September 2, 2023. The announcement came via WWE’s website and social media. The event will take place at PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, PA. This will be the seventh event in the Payback series. The event took place regularly from 2013 to 2017 before returning in WWE PPV Schedule for 2020.Earlier, it was reported that September 2 PPV event will take place in India. However, that does not seem to be the case actually. This is the eighth PLE from WWE in 2023, and twelfth PLE including NXT PLEs.This is also the seventh event in the Payback series. The event was a regular event in WWE PPV calendar from 2013 to 2017. The event also took place in 2020.Match Card:
