WWE RAW episode of September 2, 2024, will see further matches of Intercontinental Championship contender tournament. Also, the build-up for Bad Blood 2024 PLE will start. contender match for Women’s tag title is also set for the show, while Shayna Baszler takes on Zelina Vega in a singles match. The fallout from Bash in Berlin is likely to be the key element of this episode starting with the next challenger for World Heavyweight Champion Gunther, who got a clean win over Randy Orton to clear one of the doubts around the legitimacy of his title reign. Another dot can be cleared if he likely faces Damian Priest. Priest took care of his own demon as he teamed up to beat Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan. It will also be interesting to see how Drew McIntyre will react to losing to CM Punk. Last week on Raw, Zelina Vega made her comeback by ambushing Sonya Deville, leading to The Pure Fusion Collective’s defeat in their tag team match against Damage CTRL. This week, Vega is set to face Shayna Baszler in a singles match. The ongoing tournament to determine the next contender for the Intercontinental Championship continues with Sheamus, Bronson Reed, and Ludwig Kaiser battling it out in the first round for a spot in the next stage. Additionally, Ilja Dragunov, Dragon Lee, and Dominik Mysterio will also clash in this week’s Raw as part of the same tournament, all aiming to advance to the next round. Two more matches for Intercontinental Championship, contender tournament will take place this week. One of these matches will see Ilja Dragunov, Dominik Mysterio and Dragon Lee in action.
