IMPACT Slammiversary 2023 event will be the third PPV event of the year from IMPACT Wrestling promotion. The event is set to take place on July 15, 2023, at St. Claire College in Windsor, Ontario, Canada.
Knockouts title will be on the line on the event in the match between Deonna Purrazzo and Trinity. Alex Shelley will defend his newly won IMPACT World Championship against Nick Aldis.
Alex Shelley defeated Steve Maclin to win IMPACT World Championship at Against All Odds 2023. On the same event, Nick Aldis became the #1 contender for the title by winning the first ever 8-4-1 match to set up the match at Slammiversary. On June 15 IMPACT episode, Aldis teamed up with Motor City Machine Gun, Purrazzo and Trinity in a tag team match. After their win, Aldis ran over Shelley with IMPACT title. On June 29 IMPACT episode, Aldis and Shelley got involved in a brawl.
