Most recently, he defeated Buddy Matthews in a solid match at AEW Grand Slam, and Okada will now defend his title against Matthews’ partner Brody King. Considering the fact that King is one of the heaviest hitters, fans can expect a solid bout between the two. Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin have been ruling over the tag team division in AEW as the AEW Tag Team Champions for a long time now. They are now set to defend their titles against The Outrunners, who are currently fan favorites in the company. We’ll have to wait and see whether The Outrunners will be able to pull off the upset win somehow or if The Hurt Syndicate will reign supreme once again. Will Ospreay and Kyle Fletcher have been feuding for a very long time now, and it will finally culminate in a steel cage match at AEW Revolution this week. Fletcher previously beat Ospreay at AEW FullGear, while Ospreay got revenge at AEW Grand Slam: Australia. With this possibly being the final match between them, fans are excited to see who will pick up the win once and for all.
Chris Jericho will defend his Ring of Honor World Championship against Gravity at AEW Revolution: Zero Hour. Gravity, who was attacked by Chris Jericho on Ring of Honor TV, challenged him to a match during AEW Collision, and this led to their match. Daniel Garcia, Adam Cole, Kyle O’Reilly, & Roderick Strong will also face off against Shane Taylor, Lee Moriarty, Carlie Bravo & Shawn Dean in a six-man tag team match. In another match, Big Boom! AJ, Orange Cassidy and Mark Briscoe will also square off against Johnny TV & MxM Collection in trios action.
