AEW returns to New Jersey with their annual Full Gear PPV from the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ, on Saturday, November 23rd, 2024. It will air live on Pay-Pay-View and stream live on TrillerTV at 8 pm EST/5 pm PST. The card will feature four title matches, including TBS Women’s Champion Mercedes Mone vs. Kris Stratlander and AEW World Champion Jon Moxley taking on Orange Cassidy, as well as the AEW PPV debut of Bobby Lashley. The AEW Full Gear pay-per-view promises to deliver high drama, incredible matchups, and storylines. With solid matches such as Jon Moxley vs. Orange Cassidy, Will Ospreay facing Kyle Fletcher, Konosuke Takeshita vs. Ricochet and many more matches, it’s definitely a show that fans shouldn’t miss.
MJF has been engaged in a bitter feud with Adam Cole and it was all but confirmed the two would clash at AEW Full Gear. MJF planned for both Cole and Roderick Strong to beat three opponents in a row to face him at Full Gear. While Roderick Strong managed to win all three matches, that didn’t happen after Adam Cole failed to beat Konosuke Takeshita. Therefore, MJF will face off against Roderick Strong at Full Gear, but that doesn’t mean Adam Cole’s feud with MJF will be over anytime soon. Ricochet has been pursuing Konosuke Takeshita and his AEW International Championship for a long time now and he will finally get to face the Japanese star for the title at AEW Full Gear. Fans can expect the match to be a show-stealer as both in-ring competitors are incredibly talented.
Kyle Fletcher betrayed Will Ospreay last month and took him out with a Tiger Driver and this eventually began a heated feud between the two. After weeks of back and forth, the two are now set to square off against each other at Full Gear and fans can’t wait to see who will come out on top in the highly anticipated match. Kris Statlander has been in hot pursuit of Mercedes Mone and she has dominated the TBS Champion for the past couple of weeks by throwing Mone onto the hood of a far and even spearing her through a wall. Statlander is set to challenge Mone for the TBS Title at Full Gear and fans can expect a solid match between the two.
Adam Page will be facing off against Jay White in singles competition at Full Gear. The two already faced each other at WrestleDream, where White picked up the win, so fans are excited to see if Page will be able to beat White this time around. “Big Boom!” A.J. is set to square off against QT Marshall during the Zero Hour pre-show. After weeks of buildup, fans are excited to see whether the match will live up to expectations. Dante Martin, The Beast Mortos, Komander, and Buddy Matthews will face off in a chaotic four-way match during the pre-show as well. In addition to that, Deonna Purrazzo will go one-on-one with Anna Jay. Finally, Mariah May and Mina Shirakawa are set to have a championship celebration during the Full Gear pay-per-view as well, so fans can expect to see some drama during the segment.
